Cold and grey

Posted by on February 22, 2006 10:54 AM |

A pair of Common Buzzards were displaying in blue skies over Ince Blundell woods yesterday afternoon as I tootled home...

They really seem to be well established in Merseyside/SWLancs now, although what Ince Blundell's Grey Herons think of the new arrivals is anyone's guess.
Cold and grey now _ winter hasn't let go just yet.
The Ring Billed Gulls are playing hide and seek at Crosby Marina still _ a better bet maybe the car park at Hall Road coastguards at first light, where one of 'em at least seems pretty regular.
Eyes to the skies everyone, eyes to the skies....
