Cold but sunny at Marshside today...4 Avocets - fast asleep for most of the time.
Tried a few pics, but it was blowy as hell, still at least you can tell what they are....
Whoa!!! That's blown up enough already _ I nearly had my eye out there....still if they can't be bothered to do anything but sleep, I have no problem with distorting their image!
The Scaup are still on the Sandplant pool, but pretty dozy today.
A pair of Stonechats was nice around the car park, and on the way home, a female Sparrowhawk was displaying over Birkdale village.
Eyes to the skies everyone, eyes to the skies.
