Just been sent the latest issue of "Wildlife in Merseyside", the newsletter of the Merseyside Biodiversity Group.
The newsletter is available from the "Progress Reports" page of the biodiversity group's website:
Long may the newsletter it continue...it's full of stuff on plants, sites, everything really....and while we're on the subject of reading stuff, can I thank everyone who has been using this blog?
Just got the latest figures on how many people have been using the Birdblog, and in the month of February, I had 10,065 hits from 3,546 people.
Great - thanks for all your support, I'd raise a glass to everyone of you, but 3,546 Peronis might not be such a good idea.....
Meanwhile I believe the Green Winged Teal is still at Marshside, but does anyone know if the 2nd year Ring Billed Gull is around Crosby Marina still?
What about the Caspian Gull there?
Eyes to the skies everyone, eyes to the skies....
