There he is look, with the startled expression on the right of the pic; he may well look startled - I don't think any normal human beings would happily drink the round heading for us in that bar at that time of the day.

More tea Vicar indeed.
All we wanted was a return ticket to Chorley and we ended up in Morocco!
Anyway, Neill Hunt (for it is he) has finally set up his website at http://www.neillsgonebirdin.tk

Belt.jpg

About time too - it features all his superb pix (like the ones on this entry), daily updates from Marshside - (my God, EVERY day at the marsh? It's not natural), reports of his (and our) travels, forums so folk can have a chat, a listers' page so you can submit your Marshside totals, and even a rather too frank examination of the Marshside Regulars (ahem, teatotal indeed - I'll sue, and as for liking clowns....)

Mr Hunt, aka the man with no nickname, is also pulling together many of our foreign trip reports - some you've read on Birdblog, some you haven't, but they're all good stuff.
Give his site a shot, and let him know what you think of it in his guestbook, or if you have any suggestions for content, let him know that too.
Why not stick his site in your favourites along with Birdblog?
The link to his site will stay on Birdblog for as long as Marshside's finest continue to wander the world together and enjoy birding.
Long live the tribe.
Eyes to the skies everyone, eyes to the skies....
PS The reprobates in the pic at the top are, from left, Bazzo; Tropical; Jellyhead; Me....and Neill....

Well spotted Simon, but at 4.30 in the a.m it was the best way to suggest to staff that we were in fact responsible drinkers - when they realised their mistake it was all too late....
PS The coffee cup was empty and the vile liquid was not drunk by any of the team I hasten to add.

The guy in the left of the picture doesn't half look like John Locke from Sky One's 'Lost'.
Just thought I'd mention it.
